Meet Cindy

I’ve been a top producing, award winning broker at John L. Scott Real Estate for 17 years. I recently received the Chairman’s Circle Award and am also a member of the “Mastermind Group”, top agents that meet monthly to discuss the current market and share ideas. My sales career has included Nordstrom for ten years before transitioning to John L.Scott, both family run, northwest companies that take pride in ultimate customer service and excellent business performance. I love being part of the John L. Scott family!

I grew up on Mercer Island, adjacent to both Seattle and Bellevue. I have expertise showing and listing properties in all three areas as I have lived in each . Sharing my local knowledge has been beneficial to both my Sellers and Buyers as I know what the neighborhoods have to offer and I have an excellent idea of property value having closely followed the market.

I am based in the John L.Scott Mercer Island Office, but I also specialize in the Ravenna/Bryant, Greenlake, and West Bellevue neighborhoods. My clients tell me my biggest strengths are my market knowledge, work ethic, honesty and generous availability. As a listing agent I price, help prepare and market my Seller’s home to achieve top dollar and a smooth closing. As a Buyer’s agent I come prepared to tour properties that fulfill the requested criteria and keep looking till the perfect fit is found!

When I’m not working you can find me enjoying all the northwest has to offer, new restaurants, trails, tennis and coffee! I try to live by my dad’s words: “Go out and Make it a good day”!

I want to share feedback about Cindy's outstanding work as our agent. We've worked with her twice now: first for buying our home on Mercer Island two years ago, and then for selling that same home (sale closed today). In both cases, three qualities stand out.


First, Cindy is super responsive. When we were looking to buy two years ago--in an incredibly competitive market--she was always ready in a moment's notice to show a home to us. We saw many homes and never once did Cindy say she wasn't available. Similarly, in our recent sale, she produced a thorough listing price opinion on the same day we told her that we might be interested in selling. That opinion was based on both her viewing our home and an analysis of comps; again, all of this done within just a few hours.


Second, she has an excellent network of relationships with other realtors and knows how to communicate with them effectively. When we bought two years ago, she was able to leverage her relationship with the sellers' agent to steer us to the offer needed to get the house. In our sale, she was incredibly effective coaching our buyers' agent, who seemed far less savvy, through the process. All keeping our interests in mind.


Third, and most meaningful to us, Cindy is transparent and ethical. She tells us of all our options, all risks and possibilities, and makes sure we have the information we need to make a good decision. We have tremendous peace of mind in believing that we didn't cross any ethical or legal boundaries in both of the transactions Cindy helped us with.

Cindy is an experienced, knowledgeable and hard working agent, Cindy sold two houses for us and in each case she did an excellent job. Before putting the home on the market she works hard to show it in the best light. She has a team that helps with staging the home so it highlights its best features. Cindy also uses a top photographer who takes indoor and outdoor pictures, the latter using drones. One thing I really appreciate about Cindy is her desire to incorporate other’s feedback into her showing. She keeps weekly broker open house to promote her listing to other agents, and also get their professional input. Did I mention Cindy’s famous chocolate chip cookies that she bakes fresh for every showing? Yum!!
